Madelo offers sizes XS, S, and a small M that provides a perfect fit without the need to size up or down.
Custom Orders
Please DM us on Instagram at @madelobrand if you’re interested in purchasing or designing a custom order.

The prices for custom orders will most likely be the same as the products listed on our website, with no additional charges. Please keep in mind that custom orders cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
Washing information
All washing instructions are included in the product descriptions on the website.
Process time
It takes about 4-12 business days for your order to be made and shipped. Here’s how it works:
1-3 days: I’ll buy the wool once you place your order, making it more sustainable and reducing waste.
1-7 days: The time to make your items can vary based on the size of your order and the number of existing orders.

Everything in my webshop is handmade by me and made to order, so I purchase the yarn and create your items after you place your order.
Shipping time
We ship with POSTNL, and it typically takes about 1-2 business days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped.
Return information

We only ship within the Netherlands.
