Hi, I am Jessica Hardeman

Fashion is more than just a hobby for me; it’s a passion rooted in my family’s history. From a young age, I’ve been inspired by my grandparents, who taught themselves how to make clothing in the Philippines. My grandparents taught my mother how to make clothing, who then taught me. And I hope to keep this family tradition alive for future generations. 

How Madelo Brand was Founded

I always had a passion for fashion, and discovering that my grandparents made clothing inspired me to start my own brand. My mother shared stories of their challenging journey and the hard work they put into their craft, which motivated me to honor them through my work. That’s why I named my brand Madelo, after my grandfather’s last name.

To me, Madelo is more than just a clothing brand; it’s a way to express my creativity and a way to honor my grandparents and the love they had for making clothes.
